Calls to 03 phone numbers cost exactly the same as calls to 01 or 02 phone numbers.

Your telephone supplier MUST also INCLUDE calls to 03 numbers in the same discount / inclusive packages as 01 and 02 numbers; so unlike phoning an 084 or 087 number, calls made to 03 numbers will not cost you anything extra when deducted from your bundled tariff allowance on your landline or mobile phones.
